| In his reductionist paintings of still lifes and landscapes culminating in The “Barns Exhibit” of 1998 at the Moose Factory, Pachter has continued to hone his imagery, visually editing his ideas and paring down objects to their simplest forms. Many of these works were shown in Japan in April 2001.
